Please take your time to read our terms and conditions before placing your order.

ORDER
At clubcollection.com you can order items via our webshop. If you have requests for items that are not on the site, please feel free to contact us. You can also visit our physical store to make purchases. Furthermore, we can take your order over the phone; just have your credit card ready when you call and we'll enter the order for you. When you shop with clubcollection.com, agreements in Danish or English are entered into.

How to shop at Club Collection:

  1. Find the item(s) you want and mark the right color and size and 'add to basket'.
  2. Find the basket icon in the right corner and agree to our general terms & conditions.
  3. Click 'proceed to purchase'. From here, you will be led through our checkout system to succesfully complete your purchase.
  4. Enter your personal details and choose your delivery method.
  5. Fill out your payment details. Check that all the information is correct, and approve your purchase.

Please note that you must be at least 18 years old to shop at clubcollection.com – if you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

PURCHASE OF GOODS
Payment can only be made using one of the credit cards below.

Payment via Dankort – Visa – Visa Electron – Master Card – Euro Card – JCB Card – MobilePay.

The amount will only be deducted from your account when the goods are dispatched from our warehouse. Expected delivery time in the webshop is 2-7 working days from the date the order is placed, but we always strive to ship the same working day as the order is received.

As will be indicated on the order form, www.clubcollection.com will get back to you as soon as possible to let you know whether the item is in stock and when it will be dispatched. Total price including shipping is shown on the order confirmation.

All prices are in DKK and include applicable Danish VAT.

Offers apply while stocks last.

Goods are NOT sent COD and we do NOT ship to Norway.

Club Collection does not charge a handling fee on online orders.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipping is added to all prices listed if the item is to be shipped. Clubcollection.com will apply the applicable shipping rates of the distributor in question. We always aim to find the best and cheapest shipping.

All shipments are sent as insured business packages.

We send all items as parcel post in order to be able to track the package. The goods are insured during shipment – upon receipt, please check the contents of the package. If the package and/or its contents are damaged upon receipt, you must notify the distributor immediately or within 2 days of receipt and return the goods to us afterwards. Club Collection is not responsible for goods damaged during transport. We always pack the goods with the utmost care to minimise the risk of freight damage.

Shipments within the EU are subject to VAT. Shipments outside the EU are exempt from VAT.

Club Collection offers free shipping from 186 Euro. 

Standard delivery time: 3-5 business days. You can stay updated on your parcel by following the tracking link in your shipment e-mail. 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you return an item because you wish to cancel your purchase or because you have a complaint about the item, you will always receive an email when we have received the item. The email will provide you with information on how we will proceed with handling your cancellation/complaint.

Clubcollection.com’s webshop carries the e-mark of the E-mærket certification scheme, which means you always have access to E-mærket’s free Consumer Hotline when you shop with us.

Club Collection provides a 14-day full right of return (14 calendar days) on all items purchased from Club Collection's webshop. This is valid from the day you receive your goods.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase and return your item. You can e-mail info@clubcollection.com.
In your message, you must clearly tell us that you want to exercise your right of cancellation. You can also use our standard return form and send it to us with your return. You will find it enclosed with your item and it can also be downloaded here: Download the standard return form.
You cannot cancel your purchase by simply refusing to accept the goods without clearly notifying us.

Condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any depreciation in the value of the item caused by handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. In other words, you may try out the item in the same way as if you tried it out in a physical store. If the product has been tried out beyond what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that after returning it, you will only get part, or none, of the purchase amount back, depending on the product’s commercial value. In order to have the full purchase amount refunded, you must therefore do only what you would be allowed to do in a physical store. You may try out the product, but not put it into actual use.

Repayment of the purchase price
If you cancel your purchase, you will be refunded the amount you paid to us. In the event of depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase price.

If you exercise your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs. This does not, however, include additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method that we offer. You will receive your full refund within 14 days from the day we receive your notification that you want to cancel your purchase.

We will refund the amount using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item, unless you send us proof that you have returned it.

We only accept packages sent directly to this address. You can also cancel your purchase by giving clear notification and handing it in personally at the above address Monday to Friday 10:00-17:30. Saturday 10:00-14:00.

Returns/exchanges
Please note that the full order amount (including shipping) will only be refunded if all items on the order are returned. Should you mistakenly have received the wrong item, we will of course pay for the return shipping.

If you wish to send the item using an alternative distributor, you will have to pay for the shipping when you return the item.

In the event of a refund, this will be done via bank transfer to the card that was used when placing the order (purchase).

If you return a single item from a 2-item offer and keep the other item, you will be credited with an amount equivalent to one item as if you had not taken advantage of the 2-item offer and bought only that one item.

If you return items purchased with free shipping of which you keep items worth less than DKK 900, the shipping price (DKK 37-42) will be added to the credit.

Please note that, in relation to exchanges, we offer one free exchange, where we pay the shipping to you for the exchanged item. We do notoffer a free return of the exchanged item. If you want a second exchange, you will have to pay the shipping costs both ways.

You will need to enclose a copy of the order confirmation with the returned items, and processing will be quicker if you complete our standard return form. Please note that we do not accept packages sent COD.

Returned items will be refunded 100% if the above is complied with. The receipt must be enclosed with the item.

RETURN OF GIFTS
If you have received a gift purchased from Club Collection and wish to return the item, you have the following options:

We can either exchange it for another item of equivalent value or issue a credit note. As the recipient of the gift, you have until the end of the 14 days (from the date you received the gift) to inform us that you do not want the gift and then 14 days to return it (see also the general terms & conditions of sale).

However, if you find an item that is more expensive, you have the option to pay the difference plus delivery costs if you want it sent instead.

The money can also be refunded by presenting the original receipt, however we will only refund to the credit card that was used to order the gift in the first place.

You can also return/exchange the gift by physically coming into our store Monday to Friday 10:00-17:30. Saturday 10:00-14:00.

COMPLAINTS
All items are covered by the 24-month warranty period from the day you receive the product. This means that you as a customer can complain about any faults with the item (product and manufacturing faults) that have arisen within 24 months of purchase.

You can have the item repaired or exchanged, get your money back or receive a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.

How soon should I complain?
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the fault with the item. If you complain within 2 years after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

We refund reasonable shipping costs
If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

We need the following information when you send the item to us:
Please state what the problem is in as much detail as possible. Note! We do not accept packages sent COD or similar. Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging, and make sure you get a receipt for the shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.

The rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act on faulty goods may apply to purchases.

As Club Collection deals in imported goods, any complaints will be forwarded to the supplier to be resolved.

Club Collection’s webshop does not assume liability for goods that cause consequential effects for manufacturing/product faults, and may in such situations refer to the manufacturer's product liability insurance.

The right of complaint does not cover faults, damage or wear caused by misuse, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear. You are always welcome to contact us with questions about the use and maintenance of our products.

We also recommend that if the purchased goods are to be used beyond what can normally be expected of them, you must make this known so that we have the opportunity to advise for or against the desired purchase.

Common sense must be observed; it is fairly obvious that leather goods will not withstand being washed (wet for a long time) – leather, buckles etc. would quickly become damaged. Of course, the product should only be used for what it can withstand; if you have any doubts before you buy the product, feel free to discuss them with us.

We do not accept complaints if it appears from an item that our terms & conditions have been breached through e.g. incorrect washing or similar. Please advise us before sending any complaint.

Of course, we hope that none of the above will become relevant for you, but if it does, we will do our utmost to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

PRIVACY POLICY
We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.

We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods to you. The personal data is registered with Club Collection ApS and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted.

When collecting personal data through our website, we ensure that it is always done with your express consent so that you are informed of exactly what data is collected and why.

The director and customer service staff at Club Collection ApS have access to the information registered about you. The data controller of clucollection.com is CLUBCOLLECTION ApS.

We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted.

Information provided to clubcollection.com is not disclosed or sold in any way to third parties and we do not register any personally sensitive information.

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we register your email address with Mailchimp.The e-mail will not be passed on to others.

As a registered user of Club Collection ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to see what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Danish Personal Data Act and related enquiries should be directed to Club Collection ApS via e-mail info.

INFORMATION ABOUT COMPLAINT OPTIONS
A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Centre for Complaints Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Complaints Resolution Centre via www.forbrug.dk.
