Delivery before Christmas
If your soft pack is to be delivered to you before Christmas Eve, please place an order before then 19 December at 12:00 (last deadline).

We reserve the right that Christmas rush may occur at our distributors, which may contribute to a longer delivery time or a different delivery location. Therefore, order your Christmas presents in good time so that you are sure that they will arrive.

Return & exchange of Christmas presents
We offer an extended right of return on all orders in connection with Christmas - valid until 19 January 2026. This also applies to sale items and Black Week offers.

We are happy to put exchange tags on your goods - just choose "Is this a gift" and add the date December 24 when ordering.

Opening hours during Christmas
Monday - Friday 10 - 17:30.
Saturday 10-14.

We are exceptionally open all Advent Sundays in December: 30/11, 7/12, 14/12 & 21/12 from 10am-2pm.

Closed on the following dates: 24, 25 and 26 December and 31 December and 1 January. But of course we are always open online!
