Delivery Before Christmas
If you would like your soft package delivered before Christmas Eve, please place your order no later than 19 December at 12:00 PM (final deadline).

Please note that seasonal delays may occur with our distributors, which can result in longer delivery times or a different pick-up location. We therefore recommend placing your Christmas orders in good time to ensure they arrive as expected.

Returns & Exchanges for Christmas Gifts
We offer an extended return period on all orders placed for Christmas – valid until 19 January 2026. This also applies to sale items and Black Week offers.

We are happy to add gift exchange tags to your items – simply select “Is this a gift?” and add the date 24 December at checkout.

Christmas Opening Hours

Monday–Friday: 10:00–17:30
Saturday: 10:00–14:00

We will also be open on all Advent Sundays in December: 30/11, 7/12, 14/12 & 21/12 from 10:00–14:00.

Closed on the following dates: 24, 25 and 26 December as well as 31 December and 1 January.

Our online shop is, of course, always open!
