Our story
Club Collection is a family-run knitwear company built on a passion for nature's finest materials.
The company was founded in 1980 on a journey to India – in a time before emails, phones and direct flights. Our founder, Claus, spent a total of three years in India, building close relationships and learning the craft from the inside. Everything happened face-to-face. Those human connections and honest, straightforward trade became the foundation of the way we do business today.
Over the years, we have expanded our production to countries such as Turkey, China, Italy and Mongolia. We have supplied some of the major fashion houses, but today we stand on our own – designing and producing our collections without expensive intermediaries.
Club Collection has one clear ambition: we believe in crafting high-quality knitwear and making it accessible to more people — without compromising on materials, ethics or aesthetics. We prioritize long-term relationships with our suppliers, built on mutual trust, respect, and a shared appreciation for nature's finest materials.
Because we own our own production and work without any intermediaries, we can create high-quality knitwear using extraordinary materials such as cashmere, silk and wool. These fibres are typically associated with premium price points — yet we offer them without compromising a single detail of craftsmanship or quality.

How do we offer cashmere at such fair prices?
High-quality Cashmere
Like gold and oil, cashmere is a natural resource — and its price follows global market fluctuations. Supply and demand, climate conditions, geopolitics and rising production costs all influence the price of cashmere, and ultimately the price you meet as a customer.
Our yarn comes from free-grazing goats in Mongolia, where weather conditions such as drought can affect both the quantity and quality of the fibre they produce. At the same time, increasing energy, transportation and labour costs significantly impact the entire value chain. This means that the price of a cashmere sweater can vary from season to season — including ours.
