Below you will find our delivery times, shipping rates and shipping terms.

Delivery within Denmark

Shipments within Denmark are sent with GLS. The expected delivery time is 2–7 business days from when the order is placed, and we strive to ship on the same business day the order is received. The amount is only charged once the items are dispatched from our warehouse.

When you shop for over 900 DKK, we give you free shipping to a GLS parcel shop near you.

  • GLS business address: 39 DKK
  • GLS home delivery: 49 DKK

International delivery (EU)

Delivery options depend on your location. Shipping rates to EU countries with GLS:

  • Sweden: €7
  • Netherlands: €6
  • Spain, Italy, Portugal, Belgium, Finland & France: €25

We offer free shipping from €160. Standard delivery time: 3–5 business days.

You can track your parcel via the tracking number/link you receive. Questions? Contact info@clubcollection.com.

How we ship

All items are sent as insured parcel post. Please check the contents on receipt. If the parcel and/or its contents are damaged, please report it to the carrier immediately – and no later than 2 days after receipt.

VAT

Shipments within the EU are subject to VAT. Shipments outside the EU are exempt from VAT.

We do not ship items cash on delivery.
