We recommend that you read these terms carefully before placing your order.
Ordering
At clubcollection.com you can order items through our webshop. If you have questions about items not shown on the site, you are welcome to contact us. You can also visit our physical store, where shopping is possible, or place your order by phone – just have your credit card ready when you call, and we will enter the order for you. When you shop at clubcollection.com, agreements are concluded in Danish or English.
How to shop at Club Collection:
- Find the item(s) you want and click "add to cart".
- Click the cart icon in the top corner and accept our terms and conditions.
- Click "go to checkout", and you will be guided through our checkout to complete your order.
- Enter your personal details and choose a delivery method.
- Enter your payment information, check that everything is correct, and confirm your purchase.
You must be at least 18 years old to shop at clubcollection.com. If you are under 18, you must have consent from your parents.
Payment and prices
Payment can be made with: Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Euro Card, JCB Card and MobilePay.
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The amount is only charged to your account once the items are dispatched from our warehouse – or the funds are released according to the agreement with your card issuer. We do not charge any card fee.
All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include applicable Danish VAT. The total price including shipping is shown on the order confirmation. Offers are valid while stocks last.
Shipping, returns and personal data

Complaints
If you as a consumer wish to complain about your purchase, please contact info@clubcollection.com. If we are unable to find a solution, you can submit a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus.
To be able to complain, the item must have cost at least 1,110 DKK and no more than 100,000 DKK. For complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must have been at least 720 DKK. A fee applies to have the complaint processed.
