Return & Exchange
Club Collection offers a 14-day right of withdrawal on all items. This is valid from the day you receive your items. Returned items must be in new and unused condition. We will refund the amount within 2–3 business days after we have received and processed your return. The amount will be refunded to the account used for the purchase.
At Club Collection we make it easy and safe to return. If your item does not meet your expectations, we offer free returns with GLS. Simply use the return label that came with your order – and we will pay for the return shipping. Remember to get a receipt when you hand over the package so that it is insured all the way.
If you wish to exchange an item, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for the new shipment. We will be happy to help you by sending you a new shipping label for a fee. You can also order the desired item again in the webshop and return the original item.
Please note that the full order amount (including shipping) will only be refunded if all items on the order are returned.
If you return a 2-piece offer item, of which you only keep one, you will be credited as if you had not taken advantage of the 2-piece offer and had only purchased one item.
If you return goods purchased with free shipping, of which you keep goods worth less than 900 DKK, the shipping price (39-49 DKK) will be added when crediting.

Returning gifts
If you have received a gift purchased from Club Collection and wish to return the item, you have the following options:
We can either exchange it for another item of similar value or issue a credit note. As the gift recipient, you have until the end of 14 days (from the date you received the gift) to notify us that you regret it and then 14 days to return the gift (see also the general terms and conditions of sale).
If, on the other hand, you find an item that is more expensive, you have the option to pay the difference as well as delivery costs if you want to have it sent instead.
The money can also be refunded upon presentation of the order confirmation or exchange label, however, we will only refund to the card that was used when ordering the gift in the first place.
You can also cancel/exchange the gift by physically coming into our store Monday to Friday 10:00-17:30. Saturday 10:00-14:00.
