Refund policy
At Club Collection, we make returns easy and secure. Below you will find the rules for withdrawal, returns, exchanges and complaints.
Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on all items purchased in the Club Collection webshop, starting from the day you receive your item.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel/return your purchase – send an email to info@clubcollection.com. In your message, please clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You may also use the standard withdrawal form at the bottom of this page. You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to accept the item without also giving us clear notice.
Condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics and how it functions. In other words, you may inspect the item as you would in a physical store, but not take it into actual use. If the item has been used beyond this, we consider it used, and upon withdrawal you will receive only part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.
Returns and exchanges
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back. We offer free returns with GLS – simply use the return label that came with your order, and we will pay the return shipping.
If you would like an exchange, you must cover the shipping cost for the exchanged item. We are happy to create a shipping label for a fee.
Please note:
- The full order amount (including shipping) is only refunded if all items on the order are returned.
- If you return a 2-for item from a multi-buy offer and keep only one piece, you will be credited as if you had bought a single item without the offer.
- If you return items bought with free shipping and keep items worth less than 900 DKK, the shipping fee (39–49 DKK) will be added when crediting.
- Please enclose a copy of the order confirmation. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.

You may also hand in the item in person at our store Monday–Friday 10:00–17:30 and Saturday 10:00–14:00.
Refunds
If you withdraw from your purchase, we refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs – except for any extra costs arising from your own choice of a more expensive delivery method than our cheapest standard delivery. The refund is made no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. In the event of a diminished value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the amount.
We refund using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item, unless you provide documentation that you have returned it.
Returning gifts
If you have received a gift purchased at Club Collection and wish to return it, we can either exchange it for an item of equivalent value or issue a credit note. As the gift recipient, you have until the end of the 14 days (from when you received the gift) to give notice of withdrawal, and then 14 days to send the gift back. If you would like a more expensive item, you can pay the difference plus any delivery costs. Money is only refunded upon presentation of the original receipt and only to the card used for the purchase.
Complaints (statutory right)
All items are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act's rules on a 24-month right to complain from the date of receipt. This means you can complain about any defects (product and manufacturing faults) that arise within 24 months of receiving the item. Depending on the situation, you may have the item repaired or replaced, receive a refund, or a reduction in price, if the complaint is justified.
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. If you complain within 2 months, the complaint is always timely. If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your reasonable shipping costs.
The right to complain does not cover faults, damage or wear caused by incorrect use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear. Always contact us before sending a complaint at info@clubcollection.com.
